Training Guild
As well as providing project controls services, Northstar Projects is a training guild, helping to develop project control professionals in an environment severely lacking in these skills.
Our goal is to reinvigorate and reinvent the discipline - creating a frontier between the modern techniques that sent humans to the moon and the contemporary, participatory and people-centred approaches of the present.
We specifically focus on bringing to bear the immense untapped human capital in our society, including:
younger people searching for meaningful work
parents seeking to re-enter the workforce in ways that allow them to balance work and home life
people wanting a career transition, including ex-ADF service members
